Hello I am teagirl...an ordinary citizen of India, proud to be an Indian , not belonging to a pedigreed family ,not from a pedigreed school or college, not working for a pedigreed corporate, leading a simple life like most of you . I have given this corrupt politicians a free hand to rule my country& make us vulnerable to all kinds of TERROR.I have been complacent all my life believing that politics is the dirtiest profession for the dirtiest people& by the dirtiest people. All I did was keep myself clean by not voting...

And then I was jolted out of this rudely by a scariest nightmare. Actually it was triggered by a discussion with a friend wherein he mentioned imagine we being ruled by one of the behenji's (Mayawati,Jayalalitha,Mamta...uggghhhh). In my nightmare I see that actually happening and I am responsible because I proudly do not vote.

Friend we need a revolution ,like 1947 the fight for freedom...in this case freedom from this jokers, from corruption...etc etc. We have a few people trying to bring that change like meera sanyal, or the party formed by the IIM students. But they are outnumbered by those rogues because we the rational, educated Indians do not participate in the elections.

Can we not get together & have more of this qualified people come into power. Lets do it ..Guys...please. Let Politics become the highest paying & hottest career options for the deserving only. Anyways this politicians are siphoning of so much of money. Lets just make their salaries so attractive & punishments for non performance & non delivery so drastic that we are bound to get good results. Let a commerce minister be the head of top corporations of India. Let the Education minister be from the heads of top education institutes etc etc. And let them draw the best salaries....Let politics become the hottest career option.
